Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the clickaro.ae website (the "Service") and enrolling in the Filmmaking & Digital Marketing Bootcamp (the "Bootcamp") operated by Clickaro ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service and Bootcamp is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Enrollment and Fees

By submitting the registration form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submission of the form indicates your interest in the Bootcamp. A confirmation call from our team will finalize your enrollment, subject to seat availability. The course fee of PKR 20,000 must be paid as per the instructions provided by our team to secure your seat.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of the course fee if you are not satisfied and choose to withdraw within the first week (7 calendar days) of the Bootcamp's commencement date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@clickaro.ae. No refunds will be issued after the first week.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and software, provided during the Bootcamp are the intellectual property of Clickaro. These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course content without our express written permission.

4. Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions, whether in-person or online. We reserve the right to remove any student from the Bootcamp for disruptive behavior, harassment, or any violation of our code of conduct without a refund.

5. Certification

The "KP Certification" is provided in collaboration with TEVTA. To receive certification, students must attend a minimum of 80% of classes, complete all required assignments and projects to a satisfactory standard, and clear the final assessment. Clickaro and TEVTA reserve the right to withhold certification if these requirements are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality training, Clickaro does not guarantee any specific career outcomes, job placements, or earnings as a result of completing the Bootcamp. The skills and knowledge are provided "as is," and your success depends on your own effort, dedication, and market conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
